Worms are packed in fine dry pine shavings. Store at 50-58 degrees with lids off for best results. Do not add food or moisture - keep dry
If no one will be home when the package is delivered, to a cold state, they will freeze in the mail box. If left in direct sunlight they will die quickly.
If you think the mail carrier will leave the package in the mail box with no one home to receive it right away, leave us a note to mark package hold at Post Office-call for pick up with your phone number attached.
All worms are fresh and inspected before they are shipped. Problems can occur in transit, so let us know right away and we will provide a solution.
